It's easy to use, it saves time in getting feedbacks through surveys/questionnaires & gives us more information about our clients' requirements than we would normally get otherwise. The customer support team also helps me out at all times so I don't have any complaints regarding this product! We recently used directsuggest for an annual survey as part of staff training programme where participants got involved with filling up questionnaires which were then sent back via email using their unique link provided by DS itself (which was very helpful).
