I use my computer a lot every day for work and my wrists usually get sore and tired from everyday mouse use. I wanted to buy something to support my wrist but I was afraid it might get in the way when moving my mouse. This wrist rest is great because it moves with my wrist and doesn't get stuck on the mouse pad. It moves/slides so smoothly I can't even tell if it's even there. This makes my wrist feel a lot better and gives it a lot of support. I highly recommend trying it out if you have wrist issues or are a regular computer user every day.
