Review on Muzata by Kevin Greer

My recent encounter with the Muzata online store, where I bought some construction supplies and tools, was terrible. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the information I required. Finding the things I wanted to purchase took a lot more time than I had anticipated. When I did make a buy, it took forever to ship and the status of my order wasn't updated very often. It was very annoying that I had to keep looking to see if my belongings were still there. Some of the items in my shipment were broken when it eventually arrived. There was no assistance or response from the customer care department. Unfortunately, I was informed that a return was not an option. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with Muzata. If you need any kind of construction materials or equipment, do not bother with this web shop. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your shopping needs.
