I like nice advertising but it sucks. Okay, I watched all the videos, followed all the directions, used powders and sedatives. and the thing just doesn't work. It hurts like hell (maybe a little less than waxing, but not much), although I expected it, so I'm not blaming it for it. They say it takes time to get comfortable and you should try a few times before making a decision. I got the hang of it because I could see the hair being removed, but that's not enough. I did four sessions and waited a few days in between to allow my skin to recover. Never had smooth skin, well, not at all. Each time I sugared my right shin and shaved my left. Sugaring when this little piece took 25 minutes on the fourth try, so it's slow. Shaving this area to three left takes 30 seconds. I figured it might be worth it if it actually took as long to remove hair as it said it would. nope Each attempt left a lot of stray hairs, too many to just go over the missing spot. After that, I had to resist shaving, especially since my skin was red and irritated. Also, it's difficult to clean up without sending a large chunk down the drain, which I felt was a dubious proposition. They have a guarantee, but between shipping and restoring between attempts, I'm writing this on the 30th day, so it's too late (plus the hassle and paying for the return shipping.). Spring.
