Review on Hamilton Beach 25478 Breakfast Sandwich Maker: Time-saving Silver Kitchen Appliance by Chris Bond

I love this little car!

I used to have one but I sold it on the run so I wanted to buy another one. I like the sandwiches he makes. my rice I use English muffins, Kraft cheese chunks, frozen sausages and an egg. I spray Pam on three kitchen surfaces. You may think my sandwich is burned, but it isn't. I use a special technique where I first place the frozen sausage patties on the bottom rack. Once hot enough to show signs of caramelization (you'll hear a hiss), I remove the patty, leaving the fat on the bottom. Then I place the muffin on the bottom in the fat. This leftover sausage fat gives the muffin base a crispy crust and adds extra flavor to the muffin. Mmm! I then place my cheese (the corners are folded over to prevent overflowing) on top of the muffin and then the bratwurst. Close the middle. Then you put the egg and the muffins on top. Close the top. Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove according to instructions. McLaLa Special Offer! :D It is very easy to clean!
