Review on Black Audio-Technica 🎧 ATH-MSR7bBK High-Resolution Over-Ear Headphones by Amphaiphit Jongkol ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Subject. opinion - ON; Professional - OFF. Don't expect sonic attacks and highly specialized terms. The sound is one of the best in its class. I also remember that 4 years ago there was the same model, but not balanced (that is, not NC, BT and b). And due to sound illiteracy (which I still suffer from) I listened through a cheap "Chinese phone" and naturally did not understand "for money". Now, having gone through a bunch of models and everything, I understand that it was not in vain that I took a risk and returned to this brand. According to the headphones, I can say that if for purely listening to music - ideal. The ears do not get tired, the head does not press, everything is fine with them, I wrote all the pros and cons for myself and for some people who are interested in my opinion. So, for example, the lack of a microphone is not a headphone for communication, but its absence is disappointing, because in those MSR7 it was just super (in terms of a complete micro - we are not talking directly about recording vocals). Or a creaky case, this is not a bug, but a feature. Even those MSR7s from the box creaked like an orchestra. About the "buildup by the phone" - it is. I have an iPhone SE and the sound is loud (but not the best, you have to understand). In general, that's all. I use it in conjunction with M-Audio 2x2M and I'm satisfied with the sound. The sound is light. Bass is not relegated to the background, while there is not much of it, clear, monitor. HF do not cut the ear. The mids are ideal, as for me, they are simply the best, especially vocals. Versatility, well, maybe 90%. Again, a matter of taste, the sound pleases almost everywhere you want. The only thing is that in some compositions you want more bass or a not so flat picture. Not everywhere will help the equalizer.

Pros
  • - The most comfortable fit; - Pleasant materials; - The sound (I speak as NOT a professional) is detailed, balanced, and a wide stage; - Shake (in my opinion) even the phone; - Strong assembly; - EQ to help.
Cons
  • - (very strange minus) No microphone; - Creaky body (and this is not even a marriage); - Not the most comfortable fit on the neck, although there are swivel bowls (well, that's all the same); - Soundproofing also does not shine over the edge, as many reviewers say, in fact, it lets in extraneous noise.
