I ordered two of these tablets as a Christmas gift for my 3 and 4 year old daughters. We are the Samsung family; Therefore, when choosing this product, there was no doubt in sticking with a brand that we trust. The packaging of the product was undamaged, there were no scratches or stains on the tablets. When I turned them on, one was at 52% charge and the other at 57%. It took less than 5 minutes to set up and connect to my wifi with no issues. Graphics are smooth. The price is $82 each for a couple of young adults and a Samsung on top. Great offer. I've only gone through the setup so far, but I'll be playing with them until Christmas to get them ready to play, so I'll report any negatives I might come across. I'll let you know after Christmas how they're holding up. UPDATE 4/27/2018: Tablets are still going strong. We only use them for kids apps, games and videos. From time to time an application freezes, but I wouldn't associate this with the tablet's quality. Usually, when this happens, there are so many apps open that it's enough to just "close them all" and open them again, and then get back to work. These tablets are fairly well protected with bumpers and screen protectors, but they've been thrown around quite a bit and still work just as well as they did on Christmas morning. Samsung hasn't disappointed me yet.
