Review on Drishti by Jeff Figueroa

We use this software to capture large amounts of data in order to understand our customers better than ever before. It is very easy to learn and setup, so we do not have any issues with it as a whole. I dislike that they are constantly updating their product. Sometimes you need an older version because newer versions don't allow for certain features or bugs that were fixed years ago. You should give it a try if your looking into capturing customer behavior without having staff present. We can now track down patterns like what time of day someone visits, how long they stay there etc.
