i like it, it's just personal equipment, some people want to use it for business, then complain that it doesn't work properly, but it works very well, it prevents you from paying a lot of money to send or receive a fax somewhere else. Just keep one for your personal use. You don't need an extra line for this, use the same phone line, just plug it in near the phone, and whenever you want to send or receive a fax, unplug the phone line from the wall and plug the fax line to the wall, when you are done unplug the fax line then plug the phone line back into the wall and always unplug anything connected to the phone like answering machine etc. trust me it works very well just read this manual, it will take you there.
