Great for short hair!
I have medium length hair with frizzy layers. My hair does NOT hold curls and it's insanely impossible for me to curl my hair in the back due to the length. They were very easy to use and the waves were visible afterwards. I will use them again. My hair was damp and I applied some wave sprays before use. I would definitely say that you need to take small sections for each part.
