Cute but no velcro.
It fits and is good and all but no velcro to hold your neck or stomach together so it doesn't fit well. Not bad for the price but I'll have to add my own velcro or something to improve the fit. My dog's neck is smaller than the specified range with the appropriate chest size so it either fits the neck or doesn't even reach the chest or is tight on the chest and too loose at the neck. Other vests we've used have velcro to make things more secure and this has always helped with the odd sizing.
