Amazing customer service and quick response times

The support from Eplus is unbeatable! I've had many issues over my 10 years with them, but each time they have been amazing at solving it quickly - sometimes even overnight (which blows our minds!). They are always helpful when we need help or guidance; nothing like having some human contact that isn't automated/scripted replies :) My main issue has not come up yet as of now so no comment there except maybe "be prepared". We use their online software management system extensively across multiple business functions including purchasing new equipment & vehicles etc., manufacturing scheduling tools & inventory control systems amongst others.
