For me it was the embankment that I don't regret! It took me a while to get used to the size, but they really helped with the headache I was having from being more on the screen. I think it's great that a blue light tester is included. I thought the tester didn't work until I checked the batteries so please do so if checking the product is important to you. It calmed me down and the headache completely disappeared. I wouldn't sleep in them (people with glasses will probably understand lol) but for their purpose and price I think they're worth the investment.
