I love that you can have multiple suppliers to choose from, so if one is not available or does not meet my needs at time of order it's easy for me just switch over! It also allows us as small businesses access to all sorts of products without having an in house team who are knowledgeable about them - we were able to find some great new items through this site which otherwise would be hard to source ourselves (we do most things online). None really but they seem very good people to deal with when there has been issues etc. They don't always post everything up quickly enough though- sometimes waiting 2 weeks before getting updates means orders may get delayed by then too!! We use their supplier list mostly now because its easier than searching individually each product myself.
