And that exception is, FYI, Apple Pencil (1st gen.) does not fit. That is because it's built for the 2nd gen pencil, which does fit and does not work on the new iPad Pro, also for which it's built. You're going to have to sell the old pencil or bind it to old models.Besides that, this case is the most well thought-out, elegant, and functional design for a piece of tech that I have seen or owned. The clear backing is super fly. All my former premium cases, pouches, covers, etc., including some leather, paled in comparison. The ratcheting back is very smart.
