Smaller than Volvo Penta

Unfortunately this wheel kit, at least the one I received, is not the same size as the OEM wheel. I installed this impeller on my 1996 Volvo Penta SX 5.7GL and immediately found that it was not efficient enough to pull water out of the output shaft to cool the engine and risers. The impeller is 0.050" smaller than the OEM, which I believe is the reason it cannot fill water properly and pump water efficiently.
