My Ayurveda doctor recommended this to ground my Vata. We vatas have to deal with this combination of exhaustion due to ungrounded vata, which may appear as kapha but is not. If you're the jaded and energetic type, you might find rubbing it on your legs, chest, feet, armpits, and even your face and neck helpful. I love earthy scents, and that's probably because my constitution craves that grounding so much. I love flow yoga but need to do recovery yoga, I love driving but my body is holding me back due to injuries. Affect? Then maybe give it a try! And use a lot. I find it works, it's wonderfully moisturizing.
