Does not fit radio width

I received a two din radio (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075W9H5P3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and this Windows on this item do not adjust the touchscreen width about half an inch. Unfortunately I have to send it back.
