Very attractive business belt for office/job interview/formal occasions. The only thing I would like to mention is that I ordered a 32 as it was the smallest size offered (I have a 30 waist) and I can comfortably wear a 32 on the second largest hole, but I can't myself imagine this would fit nicely if I had a 32 inch waist. So, as others have said, go one size larger than what you wear in your pant size.
