Hey guys, I've been using this product for 18 years now! and i would like to share a few things as well as a note on the negative reviews i have seen. First, after a serious broken leg, I started using muscle milk to help me recover faster in preparation for my sports season. Not only did I speed up my recovery time, but I also noticed accelerated progress in the rest of my exercise program, which was AMAZING! So after my recovery I continued to use this product. I've tried many other protein powders over the years, particularly in powerlifting competitions, to find the "best" and keep coming back to this brand for three main reasons: 1) It works! As mentioned above, it helped me recover quickly from serious injuries and speed up my climbs when I was healthy. 2) He has great taste! I've tried every flavor (even root beer) and they're all great, my favorite is Banana Cream because the flavor pairs well with other ingredients like peanut butter, oatmeal, fruit or whatever else I want to sneak in. into my diet. Because it tastes good, I take it very consistently, which gives better results. Many of the other brands I've tried leave an odd aftertaste in my mouth or contain tons of sugar and junk that will upset my stomach for hours. This product will not mess you up like other things. 3) My final note: I never get sick when I take muscle milk, I don't know why, but for the last 10 years I've been taking at least one serving a day and I've never gotten sick, maybe it's dumb luck, but added vitamins and Co. can't hurt! Some thoughts on the complaints and negative reviews I've seen. 1) Muscle Milk has multiple product lines. They have a lean version, a regular version, and a weight gain version. They all taste slightly different due to differences in formulas to achieve macro goals. The packaging looks very similar, so I can see why people might be confused. 2) This product has been one of the best-selling protein powders since its release in 2000 (over 20 years!). Not only should this speak for itself, but it also makes it a target for competitors to leave negative reviews to try and increase sales of their own product. In the end it works! it's been selling well for over 20 years and tastes great, you can't go wrong, just buy it and go lift weights! Hooray!
