I'm a supplement skeptic. My sister recommended this electrolyte concentrate to prevent leg cramps, which feel like torn muscles and ligaments, which affects every woman in our family. It took some very bad nights to convince me to give it a try. Although the label mentions that 40,000 volts will help with leg cramps, that's the recommended amount for training. It doesn't take much to get rid of leg cramps. I add a mouthful to my breakfast, whether it's a protein shake or oatmeal. I can't say I've tried it on eggs or want to do it. I didn't have any calf cramps during the application. I neglected it for maybe four days, and indeed I did spend a miserable night with leg cramps. Does this prove that the electrolyte concentrate is working? Maybe not, but if efficiency is a mere fluke, then a fortunate one.
