I have severe neck and back problems and have had an operation. I was recently declared unfit for work. I bought this pillow as a travel/camping pillow and I love it! Arrived quickly and with a small bag. The company sent me 2 emails about pillow care and how best to use it depending on what type of sleeper you are and how to care for it and keep it as long as possible which I found very helpful. useful. I like it a lot more than the Tempur Pedic travel pillow which costs a lot more and found this pillow to be too firm. On a recent trip with my sister she forgot her pillow and as I had 3 pillows with me I told her she could use one, of course she took this one and fell in love with it too. Now I also use it at home on my bed. Great little pillow at a great price! I also bought some baby sized pillowcases for him from Amazon. Make sure you look at the pillow size and cover size to ensure you have a good fit. This pillow is also the perfect size, small enough for travel but big enough for comfort. I would highly recommend this pillow and since my sister tried to steal it at the end of our trip I would say she would recommend it too! (She plans to buy one for herself)
