I bought these to use with our 12 year old son in the garden when we can't go to the ball cages so he can still practice. Like other weighted balls, it's capable of a full swing and the ball absorbs most of the contact so it doesn't go very far. We have 14 ounce baseball sized balls and they work great. We've been using them every day since we got them and they're holding up great! I was curious how they felt on shots so I took a few swings with them too and they held up great despite hitting the ball as hard as I could! I would recommend them for both individuals and teams.
