I like it because you can see all your team members at once in one room so if anyone needs help or has questions just type/say something out loud everyone will hear them immediately without having people get up from what ever project /work place etc...They have great customer service who listen & actually fix issues instead putting there heads down trying not too look into others faces as we are working together! Nothing i dislike about matterMost but maybe how fast things change (especially when upgrades come). The main issue was getting users used To using this system - very hard initially until someone else did some training which made understanding much better than previous solution where no user knew anything! I like how it allows you to customize your own channels/groups, which helps keep things organized. The UI can feel slow at times. Sometimes it's hard to find conversations (even when you know what you're looking for). This could also be because of the number of people using the app. We've been able to quickly organize our team into different groups and easily communicate with each other.
