Really helps against tooth decay!
This is amazing. It was first recommended to my elderly mother who had trouble brushing her teeth properly. I started using it a few years ago when I had cancer and didn't always feel able to maintain my oral hygiene. Since then I have had no more cavities. Even after my bad habits during my cancer treatment. Unlike most mouthwashes, it doesn't just provide fluoride. Slightly reduces acidity in the mouth. This leads to a decrease in caries-producing bacteria and an increase in good bacteria. This way your mouth becomes healthier and stays healthy.
