I have literally just received the Omega Paw NRA15-1 Improved Roll 'n Clean Self Cleaning Cat Litter, plain can. The first thing I noticed was that there was no cardboard sleeve around the kitty litter like I had seen in the "open box" videos. The second thing I noticed was dried KAKALA in the corner of the box. The grate does not fully engage. The grill shows signs of wear. I am so disappointed! I was so excited to put this together and see how it works. I'll give it a second chance, send it back and get another one. Fingers crossed the next one is new with other cats poo and the grate snaps into place.
