Little use of blue light blocking glasses

I have experienced almost no effect from wearing THL's blue light blocking glasses. They actually make it difficult to read text on my computer. Everything a bit blurry. And when I tried wearing them to watch TV, the color change was so annoying I kept taking them off. I was hoping they would help with the occasional headache I get at night when I'm on the computer or watching TV, but I haven't noticed a difference, probably because I can't wear them for long.
