We needed a place to store all the coffee mugs my boyfriend has collected and this is doing a great job.Each shelf is just wide enough (from wall --> out) for a large coffee mug to fit into, and each shelf is holding multiple mugs (5 I think, I'm not looking at it right now sorry). It is holding more mugs total than all the affordable "mug rack" options I could find.It took him about 10 minutes to install this as you have to make sure you get the clips on correctly (they didn't snap on easily and they have to be in a specific direction), then measure/level/mark wall with pencil, then do anchors, then finally hold it in place with one hand while screwing each corner in place with the other.Attached to the wall now, it's completely sturdy and not moving at all. I would not recommend this for a door unless you're willing to screw into the door as there is no back to this shelving unit and it needs to be screwed in so it doesn't fly off the door when the door is opened.
