I actually called and arranged a refund for this because I've tried about a dozen times to seal the dog food bags and over half of them seemed to seal at first but then the air would creep in. I was frustrated and asked for a refund which Revain did for me. But I also ordered two pocket rolls from another seller. I got curious and tried them and they all worked great. After 24 hours, the packages were still well sealed. So the machine itself is good, but the bags that come with it are of poor quality. With the rolls that I bought separately, I didn't have to reseal them multiple times or press on the lid.
