I was a little skeptical about pre wound coils as I've heard they often make bird nests on machines. Since I was about to buy my first embroidery machine, I wasn't sure I wanted to have problems from the start while learning how to use it. After opening and sorting out my car I tried one of these coils and they are AMAZING! Great Lifesaver! I've used about 4 blacks and 3 whites and haven't had any problems so far! The only complaint I have is that some find it a bit difficult to find the end to wind the spool. Otherwise I haven't had any breaks, bird's nests or badly wound coils. It may take me a while to get over all of this, but I will definitely be buying them again. Definitely worth your money!
