We tried L and XL and that's what I found.
Bought two of these for my husband who is 6ft 2" and about 210lbs to try on (free returns) in white. There's plenty of room to move around comfortably, but the XL was PERFECT. The shirt is VERY WELL made, nice fabric and looks great on him =o) I'm thinking about buying another one in a different color.
