Some reviews said the pillows were not as fluffy as the customer expected, while others said that following the instructions on the packaging solved this problem. With that in mind, I ordered these pillows because they were the cheapest I could find. The pillows come vacuum packed (for shipping purposes I think) so they won't be fluffy when taken out of the box. However, after following the instructions and shaking them for a few minutes, they are much better. I think the bad reviews are coming from people who may not have realized that they need a shake on arrival. They also go well with my pillowcases. The only problem I had was that the pillows had small holes in them and when I shook them the fluff started falling out. The amount is not significant, just noticed. And since I have cases for it anyway, I didn't find that a big problem. Overall I am happy with my purchase :)
