Review on PocketWizard PlusX Wireless Remote Trigger by Aaron Kindler

I shoot with Canon 7d and 5dmkIII. My flashes are Photoflex and Elinchrom, some have a mini connector and some have a larger 1/4" connector for the trigger interface. I bought this Pocketwizard PlusX along with the Pocketwizard Flex and Mini that I already have. Just wanted to a trigger, not high speed sync, so I thought the Pocketwizard PlusX would be great for that, and I was right, I haven't had a single misfire or failure with this unit, it has worked flawlessly, like all other PW products, don't waste yours Don't spend money on cheaper solutions like me, just buy quality lenses, buy good triggers and your day of shooting will be much smoother.I liked that the kit included cables and a lanyard, I was out of the box and in a few minutes I have it removed from this unit sync speed on canon cameras worked fine up to 1/250 for the price and the objection free functionality I can't find any other trigger that I would trust besides this one. There's nothing more annoying than trying to get that shot and your flash won't fire because of a cheap trigger. If you don't need high speed sunlight or more channels offered by larger devices then this is your choice.
