I'll rate this nail cleaner about a 3/5 for a few reasons. #1: It's too loud/noisy. Due to the low "suction power" this thing seems to have, I don't feel like it should be as loud as it is when plugged in and turned on. Which brings me to #2: the absorbency isn't very strong. --- Those two reasons alone seem to have caused me to toss it aside most of the time when doing a set of nails. To be honest, I just prefer to avoid noise if the suction power doesn't necessarily make up for it. "However, this thing isn't COMPLETELY terrible either. While doing a manicure or pedicure right on the machine, it will definitely gather dust. So in a way, he can get the job done. Even if you want to avoid dusting after the fact, you'll find that this particular item really comes in handy. as long as you can endure a loud buzz that never lets you forget you turned it on.
