Review on HOTCOLOR 1 Pack 564 Printhead 5-Slot CB326-30002 CN642A Remanufactured &Amp by Bill Wasson

I bought this printhead for my HP 7520 printer due to the same problem as everyone else - black ink won't print. I installed it and immediately got a "printer error" message and my computer lost communication with my printer. I cannot establish communication between my computer and the printer after installing this printhead. Another reviewer recommended "skipping" error messages - it's impossible. Tried restarting and reinstalling multiple times - still no connection. The printer cannot even be used as a standalone copier printer. If I could give 0 stars I would. The HP branded printhead is so expensive I just bought another printer - wish I had done it initially rather than trying to save a few bucks.
