Great way keeping organized and tracking everyone
I love it that its very customizable! It allows me as well my employees to be able to see what our work days look like in advance which helps us with planning out time off for ourselves or holidays we need to take at times when other people aren't scheduled to come into work.
The only thing about this program is how confusing some things can get sometimes but overall i would highly recommend using if anyone has any issues they have questions regarding schedules etc. This makes it easier to keep track of who's coming in/out each day because everything gets logged here instead of having multiple programs open up all different tabs just looking through them one by one.
Pros

- Ability To input holiday request without creating duplicates within system.
- Wonderful support staff from teamviewer live chat service, always reachable whenever needed!!! Great job Guys!! :)
- The ability schedule shifts outside regular hours exactly where you want your helpers working (or not) even during daylight savings switch overs;)
- Weather related exceptions allow managers / HR personnel
