This is a decent case for the price, but too big for the WD My Passport Ultra 2TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive Disk "I bought this. It has a slight odor but it wasn't overpowering, in fact I hardly smelled it unless my nose was on the case. This case (pouch up) opens the Zipper you get it. Not a big deal but takes some getting used to if you're right-handed and used to opening zippered pockets. The bag is tough, but I wouldn't recommend it for extreme use, just for storage and transport. That Image shows a capacity of 2 WD My Passport Ultra portable external hard drive The USB 3.0 TB is located inside the case and as you can see there is top and bottom an additional 1 inch on the drive. Storage volume on one side to provide some protection in case of a fall. Would only be returning for size but my Galaxy S5 fits me so it might be useful for something. The Case Logic PHDC-1 (previously bought for my 1TB Seagate drive) fits better. Similar specs except it doesn't have an outer shell or foam padding.
