Love it! This is the only pre-workout I've ever done, but here are a few things to keep in mind. It makes random parts of me severely itchy/feels like tingling and numbness. This is due to the beta-alanine it contains, but it is not harmful. For the first few weeks I only took half a scoop until my body got used to it. Also, it's difficult to find a pre-workout that doesn't contain beta-alanine. There are few and they are usually quite expensive.2. Mixes very well - it's a very fine powder.3. I have watermelon - it's delicious and refreshing.4. There's enough caffeine to give me some serious laser focus during a workout and I don't have a "crash". It lasts for hours - so don't take it at night! I'm a girl so at first I was concerned about taking the creatine it contains, but I haven't had any weight gain from water or anything like that. I think the creatine in it (5g I think) is enough. In general I am satisfied and I recommend it to everyone!
