Doesn't cool enough for my gaming laptop

this cooling pad so I don't know how it is compared to others. It just doesn't cool enough. My CPU temp still hits 95C. I could get the same or better cooling by propping my laptop up and installing a $10 desktop fan underneath. Much cheaper solution. At least it's better than not having a cooling pad on the table with the laptop. I only feel the slightest amount of air escaping from the cooling pad at the highest level. I thought it should be more powerful to cool my laptop. Maybe my laptop is just small and its design just doesn't let the cooling pad cool effectively? But my own laptop creates a huge airflow and pumps hot air out the sides when I'm gaming. The aesthetic is beautiful. It has a slim design and is easy to carry. It's very quiet because it's 1 large fan (although I'd put up with the noise if it meant it cooled better). It matches my laptop theme, black Asus with rainbow-lit keys. The light has multiple settings but I would like a slow blinking color changing setting. My 15 inch laptop has enough space so it's big enough for a big 17 inch laptop. In general, it did not suit me because it does not cool enough. Again, this might just be my laptop, but I'm sure if the cooling pad produced more air it would cool better.

Pros
  • Adjust the backlight and fan speed easily: Easily control the backlight and fan with the integrated control panel, including light mode button, color mode button and fan speed adjuster
Cons
  • Security
