The bow tie has a velcro closure with pre-marked measurements. Unfortunately the one I ordered for my wife arrived with a broken hook. There wasn't time to return or reorder, so we improvised with a safety pin. It was cute and the fabric is nice. I just want it to be sent in working condition. Maybe it was an accident.
