I love how easy this program is! It was super fast set-up process because of all its features available in one system.

The fact that you can create multiple profiles allows me as an admin to see what's happening from different perspectives (managers/employees). It would be nice if they have more customizability with their reporting functions but overall we are happy so far! This has helped us get rid off our paper work by keeping track of employee complaints in digital media which also helps for future reference.
