Great tool for managing compliance/policy documentations

The user interface is very easy-to use which makes it accessible even by non technical users like me! It's super flexible with lots more features than we have used so far (ease of customization). I haven't found anything that can be improved in this product yet but if there are improvements being done then they should do them fast because time flies when u're having fun ;) Have been using Navex since 2015 now during last 2 years i've realized its potential & how powerful it really becomes once…

User friendly for both staff & superiors

I like that it is easy to navigate through the website with all the different modules we can use within Navex. It's not always updated but when they do release updates there are usually some pretty good ones in terms of new features or changes made. The customer service was really great too! They were very helpful during our implementation process from start-to-finish which helped us keep things organized and moving along smoothly. NAVEX Global Compliance Management Platform - Very helpful tool for any business

I like that it is easy to use and has all the features needed in one place. It also allows me access from anywhere which makes my job easier than if i had to be physically there with it. The customer service can sometimes take awhile but once they get back to you its ok! If anyone needs an ethical software system this would fit their bill perfectly!!
