When I say gamechanger, I mean gamechanger. My 6 month old LOVES this item. Each surface is textured, easy to hold in hand, and has a single solid shape, eliminating the risk of choking. He chews on this thing all day. Even my 2 year old uses it for his back molars sometimes.
