It arrived on time and appears to be a good product, the color looks as expected. Unfortunately I received the wrong size. I ordered 8.5 and received 4.5. My daughter has a ballet night next Tuesday morning. As I live in the Dominican Republic I cannot get my size before Tuesday. Revain presented a refund but I didn't feel like they were really trying to resolve my issue. They could resend the right size with same day shipping but I didn't feel that spirit. So I have on my hands a good product that I will never be able to use and I have received customer service that has never met my needs.
