We had the Rain 7.5 Oxegenics shower head. I hate it because it is exactly as described. It's like standing in the rain. I can't wash shampoo out of my hair in the rain. After listening to my complaints for several months, my husband went to Google to find the best shower head. According to Google, something like this with only 5 settings is IT. I'm redundant so I figured 9 shots would be twice as good as 5, right? TO THE RIGHT! It actually has infinite settings. You move the selector along the base, but you don't have to wait for the click to stop. It's awesome. i like pressure My 5 year old loves the fog mode. It's like standing 1ft from a huge wave and being constantly sprayed with fog. My husband either likes the needle spray that looks like it's about to pierce your skin, or he just lets him mess with me. We didn't have a flow restrictor installed. The set included a pair of shower caps. Very easy to install.
