Works great, good instructions.

Got this for my sons Crown Vic. It didn't have a light hole yet so I had to do the whole setup from start to finish. He was concerned about drilling the A pillar and then cutting a section in his door but the instructions were really good and they gave you some templates. Take the time you need. Continue positioning this template until it's perfect. Make sure you use the right drill bits and take it slow. Get the correct installation hardware kit, sold separately, and you can do it yourself. You will need a 1/2 inch drill bit. I would recommend Titanium or Cobalt for a nice, clean, fast and smooth hole. I ended up using a black oxide bat because I already had one in my garage. It worked, but there were still a few burrs left that needed to be filed away. The metal was also a bit hard, but it worked. The best electric drill will make your life much easier. But you need a long piece. Some people can get away with a 6" nozzle, but due to the angle and having to go through a door, take a long one, e.g. B. 12 inch. This makes the job a lot easier and you don't have to worry about the drill chuck rubbing against your machine. Also a file for metal, flat and round rounded. I used a hacksaw to cut the door. Then I cleaned it up with a round file. Looks professionally done. Wiring was the easiest part. One wire to the positive wire on the fuse box. I just added a circuit and hooked it up to the powerpoint backup. Works perfectly. It's really very bright. Holy shit. Great adjustments. Seems to be good quality too. Let's see how long this lasts. So far, so good.
