This backpack folds and folds like any other backpack to begin with. During initial assembly you will also need to add the carrycot support bars for extra support, assemble the changing pad, assemble the mobile, and install the diaper stacker. It took me some time to make it myself. However, I like how large the changing table is; my 2 year old even fits on it. The diaper stacker and holder for other accessories are great bonuses. I also like that you can open the side and use it as an extra bed. My two toddlers love the tunnel on the side and like to climb in and out. A cell phone is also a nice addition. All in all a great set that I can recommend!
