The part number matched.

It was the correct part number and the oil plug was screwed in correctly. However, the dipstick that shows how much oil is in the engine seemed too long, as it bottomed out after it was fully unscrewed. When you unscrew it, it comes out bent, so the correct amount of oil in the engine can't really be measured.
