I love this thing, it's a bit of a pain to get on my Rode NT1 as bands love to get off their hooks. However, when it's on, gosh, it works amazingly. While this isn't a perfect solution, I would say it reduces the number of plows by about 40%. When I use it with a Rode NT1 metal mesh pop filter along with my regular cloth filter I can yell "I bought a dozen puff pastry donuts from the baker and they flew out the passenger window" (my mic/comp/peak test- profit rate) and 99% reduction. So it definitely drove my vocals insane.
