Ignore price! If you're working from home in the new world we live in, you need this headset! It has made my life 10 times easier. I have an Avaya phone system and a desktop computer from work. My phone has Bluetooth so I tried some Bluetooth headphones because I hate a bunch of wires everywhere. After my 5th pair, which ranged from $20-$100, I decided to try something different. I stumbled across these and decided they might be worth a try even though they were more expensive than I wanted to spend. I AM SO HAPPY I MADE IT! You still have to connect it to your phone, but part of the headset is wireless 😀. You can also connect it to your computer and easily switch between your phone and audio from your computer. The sound quality is as good as if you picked up the phone. My only minor issue is the battery life, but I found a way around that. I turn off my headsets when I'm not using them and charge them when I go out to lunch. Usually that's enough for the whole day. On the first day of use I heard a beep that I've seen in other reviews. However, this hour-long lunch fully charges them. The included 5-year guarantee is also worthwhile, as well as free biscuit rolls and Starbucks. Finally someone got it!
